The video isalready insideyour streams

We go through your footage, find what carries the video, and cut it to hold attention. No effects for the sake of effects.

I want an editor

An editing studio for streamers. Six years in.

How we work

What we do with your five hours

Editing isn't cutting. It's deciding. These are the calls we make on every video, and they're the reason an edit costs what it costs.

Raw footage

The upside

You've already done the expensive part

The hours are already in. You did the stream, people already reacted, the good moments already happened. None of that gets paid for twice.

The problem

You stream every day. The footage piles up.

You record five hours knowing there's a good video in there. Finding it costs you an afternoon; cutting it yourself, the next day. And handing it to the wrong editor costs you the channel.

The footage

Nothing gets binned blind

We work through the stream end to end, deciding as we go. We don't cut in blocks or grab the first thing that sounds good: the moment that makes the video is almost never where you'd expect, and sometimes it's a thirty-second aside in hour four.

The story

We find the story in there

A good stream edit has a beginning and an end, even when the stream didn't. We decide where the viewer comes in, what they're told in the middle, and what they leave with.

The cuts

We throw things away

Almost all of five hours has to go, and that's fine. What survives isn't always the funniest bit — it's what holds the rest of the video up. Cutting a good moment that kills the pacing is part of the job.

The hard part isn't cutting. It's knowing what to throw away.

Pacing

We cut so it gets watched to the end

Pacing isn't cutting fast. It's making sure there's never a moment where the viewer wonders how much is left. A well-cut thirty-minute video holds better than a badly cut ten-minute one.

Your voice

It sounds like you, not like us

We learn how you talk, what you find funny, and what you'd never do. The video has to feel like yours. If you can tell there was an editor, the editor got it wrong.

Every step gets you closer to what your content is really worth

What we don't do

We don't do visual effects

Saying so up front saves us both time.

No motion graphics, no 3D, no videos buried in effects. Two reasons, and both of them are honest.

Where your budget goes, and where the video is

Effects and motion graphics

Of your budget80%
Impact on how the video performs20%

Deciding what's in and what's out

Of your budget20%
Impact on how the video performs80%

An edit loaded with effects eats nearly the whole budget and moves the video very little. What moves it is the other thing: what's in, what goes, and in what order. That's where your money goes with us.

01

Done properly, that work costs more than a YouTube budget covers

An edit loaded with animation is priced like an ad, not like a channel. We'd rather not sell it than sell it badly.

02

Because we're good at something else

Keeping up with someone who streams every day, so the footage never piles up. That takes judgement and mileage, not plugins.

If you want a video full of effects, there are studios that do it better than we would. We're not your studio — better to know that now.

Clients

Five years with the same channels

Not a trial month, not a one-off. It's the longest working relationship we have, and the strongest proof we can show you.

Commitment
There are two of us and we do the editing ourselves. Whoever starts on your channel is the one still on it a year from now.
Consistency
Five straight years with the same channels. That doesn't hold up if you deliver late.

We've also edited for

DeiKDoctorePoLLoGonzokMAXSpursito

Finished engagements or one-off videos.

And plenty more, some names you'd know and some you wouldn't. We work with anyone who wants to make their content better.

Selected work

From raw footage to a video that lands

What went in, what came out, and what it did. That gap is the job.

Capacity

How much we can take on

If you're publishing ten videos a month off your streams, we can handle it. Twenty, same. Thirty, let's talk and we'll tell you straight.

What we can't promise is a slot whenever you want one — it depends on what's on our desk the day you write. That's why the form asks about volume: so we can answer you quickly.

Process

How it works

  1. 01

    You send us the footage

A link is enough. Drive, WeTransfer, the Twitch VOD, an unlisted YouTube upload. Whatever's easiest for you.

  2. 02

    We get into the footage

This is where the video gets decided: what's in, what goes, and in what order. It's the part nobody sees.

  3. 03

    We cut it

Structure, pacing, levelled audio, and colour correction where it's needed.

  4. 04

    One round of changes

You tell us what you'd change and we adjust it.

  5. 05

    Delivery

You get it ready to upload, in whatever format you work with.

We don't quote turnaround before seeing the footage: eight hours of gameplay isn't two hours of just chatting. Once we've watched it, you get a date, and we hit it.

Who we are

There are two of us, and we cut the videos ourselves

I started editing at thirteen for fun and at nineteen I started getting paid for it. I've been doing it every day for six years.

There are two of us: my colleague cuts alongside me. More than three thousand videos delivered over those six years.

We're not an agency with twenty editors rotating through. If you work with us, you work with us.

Request

Tell us what you've got

Five minutes. We'll come back to you with whether we can take it on and what happens next.

Every field is required unless it's marked optional.

This is where we reply.

Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or wherever you stream.

If you only want one section of an eight-hour stream edited, count that section.

Budget per video

We ask so we can give you a yes or a no quickly, without wasting your time. We don't have fixed rates: two hours of just chatting and eight hours of gameplay aren't the same job.

If you have one handy, it saves us a round trip.

References, the length you're after, anything.

FAQ

What everyone asks

Why aren't there prices on the site?

Because no two sets of footage are the same. Two hours of just chatting isn't the same job as eight hours of gameplay across four different games. A fixed rate would mean overcharging you or doing worse work. Tell us your budget in the form and we'll tell you quickly whether we're a fit.

How do I get the footage to you?

A link: Drive, WeTransfer, the Twitch VOD, or an unlisted YouTube upload. You don't need a particular format and you don't need to prep it.

How long does it take?

It depends on the footage, and we won't quote you before we've seen it. Once we've watched it you get a firm date. What we do hold is the pace: we work with people who stream daily and nothing piles up.

How many rounds of changes are included?

One, and here's why. Reviewing a thirty or forty minute video takes almost as long as cutting it. Since we don't work with complex effects, corrections tend to be minor anyway. Whatever you tell us gets carried into the next videos, which is where it actually shows.

Do you work with small channels?

We work with anyone who can sustain the work. Channel size matters less to us than how often you stream and what your budget per video is.

Can I ask for twenty videos a month?

Yes, and thirty too. What we can't do is promise a slot every time — it depends on what's on our desk when you write. Tell us the volume in the form and we'll give you a straight answer.

How does payment work?

New clients pay up front. After three months working together, it moves to payment at the end of the month. Prepay thirty videos and there's a 10% discount: they're a block, not a monthly commitment, so you use them at whatever pace suits you.

What languages do you work in?

We edit in Spanish and in English.

What if I don't like the result?

That's what the included round of changes is for. If it still isn't right, we'd rather find out early and stop than drag out something that isn't working. There's no lock-in.
